The Maestro seeder is a universal and high-tech machine for precise sowing of various agricultural crops, including soybean, corn, sunflower, sugar beet, sorghum, and rapeseed. The machine is equipped with a powerful and reliable mechanism featuring a heavy parallelogram and a sowing section capable of withstanding high loads and providing up to 260 kg of pressure on the seed coulter for effective penetration into dense soil. Seed hopper capacities range from 2200 to 3800 liters, and fertilizer hoppers range from 3800 to 5400 liters, enabling high productivity and minimal refueling interruptions.
One of the key features of Maestro is the use of modern AirVac and AirSpeed dosing systems. The AirVac system is based on a vacuum principle, where seeds are drawn to the dosing disc, while AirSpeed uses excess pressure to deliver seeds via a stream of compressed air. Both systems ensure accurate row sowing, prevent double seeding thanks to the optimized seed pickup design, and require no fine-tuning when switching crops. The electric drive of the dosers allows integration of advanced control technologies such as SectionControl, VariableRate, and automatic technological track marking, significantly improving sowing accuracy and efficiency.
Maestro features a compact design, easy to attach to a tractor, and a high operating speed up to 12 km/h. The AutoForce automatic system adjusts coulter pressure depending on soil density, reaching a maximum of 350 kg, ensuring reliable seed placement under any conditions. Thanks to its unique concept with separate large-capacity hoppers and universal dosers, the Maestro seeder is an optimal solution for modern farmers seeking high productivity, precision, and versatility in sowing various crops.
