Description Asterix
Asterix soybean variety is a high-yielding mid-early hybrid designed for cultivation under various climatic and soil conditions. Plants reach a height of 55 to 82 cm, exhibit good drought resistance and lodging resistance, ensuring stable yields. The vegetation period ranges from 105 to 112 days, allowing effective planning of sowing and harvest in different regions.

Asterix soybean is distinguished by its high protein content (approximately 41-43%) and oil content (21-23%), making it a valuable raw material for food and feed industries. The seeds are yellow with a pointed oval shape, and the 1000-seed weight reaches 220 grams. The variety is resistant to a broad spectrum of diseases, including ascochitosis, bacterial blight, downy mildew, septoria, sclerotinia, and fusarium, significantly reducing the risk of yield loss and the need for intensive chemical protection.

For optimal cultivation, it is recommended to follow sowing norms of 600-700 thousand seeds per hectare and choose appropriate preceding crops such as potato, corn, wheat, rye, sugar beet, and others. Seed storage should be conducted at a temperature of +7-10°С and humidity not exceeding 10%. Due to its characteristics and versatility, Asterix soybean is suitable for both farm operations and home gardens, ensuring high yield and product quality.
