Mouflon Spinach F1 is an early hybrid from Dutch breeding by company Rijk Zwaan, intended for year-round cultivation both in open and protected soil. It is characterized by high yield stability even during hot summer periods and good tolerance to stressful conditions, making it low-maintenance in agronomy. This variety forms a compact, upright rosette up to 18 cm tall and weighing 40 to 50 grams, with oval, succulent, and juicy leaves of deep green color.
Mouflon F1 has high resistance to flowering and false powdery mildew, significantly enhancing its reliability and crop quality. Due to these characteristics, spinach is suitable for baby leaf cultivation, enabling the harvesting of young greens. Yield of this variety ranges from 2.2 to 2.5 kg per square meter, making it profitable for fresh market sales, as well as for processing and freezing.
