Bean Nata

Consistent Yields: «Nata» Dry Bean by Bukovyna State Agricultural Station

For agricultural producers focusing on commercial grain, the «Nata» dry bean variety, developed by the Bukovyna State Agricultural Station, represents a highly practical choice. This shell bean variety is prized for its bush-type architecture, which is specifically suited for efficient field management.

Field Application and Performance

With a plant height of 40–50 cm, the «Nata» variety is perfectly adapted to mechanical harvesting. This compact growth habit significantly reduces grain loss during combine operations. While the ripening period exceeds 100 days, the plant's uniform development allows farm managers to schedule their harvesting campaigns with precision.

• Premium Grain Quality: The pure white color of the seeds is highly preferred in the commodity market. It provides a clean, neutral appearance that is ideal for dry bean packaging, canning industries, and food processing.
• Operational Efficiency: As a bush bean, it requires no staking or trellis systems, which lowers labor costs and simplifies day-to-day maintenance across large fields.
• Regional Provenance: Bred specifically by the Bukovyna State Agricultural Station, this variety offers reliable performance within the specific soil and climate conditions of Ukraine.

In practice, the «Nata» variety rewards growers with consistent grain volume and excellent culinary texture. Its dense, high-quality seeds hold up well during post-harvest handling and transport. Whether you are managing small-scale plots or larger acreage, the structural stability of these plants ensures that you get a uniform product ready for the supply chain, meeting the high standards required for white dry beans.
