Description BABUSHKINY PIROZHKI
BABUSHKINY PIROZHKI is a cold-hardy early-maturing sorrel variety that begins to yield within 45–53 days after sowing. The plant rosettes are upright, reaching up to 25 cm in height and 15–20 cm in diameter, with large, oval-oblong, light green, juicy, and tender leaves that have a slight acidic note.

The variety is distinguished by high yield – up to 5.9 kg/m², and the mass of a single plant can reach 380 g. Thanks to its resistance to adverse weather conditions, BABUSHKINY PIROZHKI is capable of providing stable high yields for 3–4 years in the same location.

These sorrels are valued for their rich vitamin and microelement composition, making them an excellent choice for fresh consumption, home cooking, and pickling. Their mild taste and juiciness allow them to be used in salads, sauces, baked dishes, and even as a filling for pastries.
