Early-maturing mountain sorrel variety reaches maturity in 30-40 days and is characterized by a highly developed rhizome, which ensures plant resistance to adverse conditions. An upright rosette 35-40 cm high gives the bush a compact and attractive appearance.

Sorrel leaves are large, elongated, bright green, juicy and slightly acidic, making them pleasant to eat. Petioles are narrow, long and tasteless, so the product can be used both fresh and in cooking dishes.

The variety allows multiple harvests of greens with an interval of 14-20 days, and on one place ensures high yields for 4-5 years. Due to the high content of B vitamins, vitamin C, trace elements and mineral salts, it helps prevent spring vitamin deficiencies, maintains general health and longevity. In cooking it is used fresh in salads, side dishes and vegetable soups.
