GREEN FAIRY TALE

Green Fairy Tale – is a high-yielding perennial sorrel that quickly regenerates new leaves after each cutting. The time from shoot emergence to the first harvest is 45‑50 calendar days, and the height of the rosette of upright leaves reaches approximately 25 cm.

The leaves of this variety are large, juicy, and slightly sour in taste, making them ideal for fresh consumption as well as canning. Due to its frost resistance and lack of stem elongation, sorrel 'Green Fairy Tale' can be grown on one plot for 4‑5 years, while the yield after two cuttings reaches from 4.8 to 5.3 kg/m².

In cuisine, this variety is valued for its mild taste and rich set of useful substances. It can be used as a standalone dish in fresh form, as well as added to salads, soups, or canned, while maintaining all its taste qualities.
