Sorrel RED PATTERNS

Crop Architecture: The Specifics of the "Krasnye Uzory" Variety

The "Krasnye Uzory" sorrel from the agricultural firm "Poisk" is a selective product focused on obtaining stable vitamin production in early timeframes. The technical value of this variety lies in the optimal balance of vegetative mass and leaf regeneration rates after harvesting.

Morphological Characteristics and Functionality

• Leaf Apparatus: The elongated leaf shape ensures an effective photosynthetic area, which directly impacts the accumulation of organic acids and Vitamin C. The green color indicates a high intensity of chlorophyll exchange.
• Dimensions: A plant height of 40 cm is the standard for intensive cultivation, allowing for mechanized or manual harvesting without damaging the growth point.
• Plant Constitution: A compact rosette promotes airflow, which minimizes the risk of fungal diseases in dense plantings.

Practical Application in Processing and Culinary Arts

The main advantage of "Krasnye Uzory" is its versatility. Due to its balanced chemical composition, the variety is suitable for:

• Fresh Consumption: The high juiciness of the leaves makes it an ideal component for spring salads.
• Heat Treatment: The leaf structure maintains integrity during culinary processing, which is critical for preparing traditional soups and side dishes.
• Preservation: The variety is excellent for creating jams and preserves, where specific texture and density of plant fiber are required.

The "Poisk" agricultural firm has embedded the potential for cultivation both in open ground and film shelters into this variety. Timely irrigation and a sufficient level of nitrogen nutrition allow for the maximization of this crop's productivity potential.
