Saula lettuce is a mid-early maturity head lettuce variety of the Iceberg type, developed by the seed company Enza Zaden from the Netherlands. This variety is intended for cultivation in open ground, primarily during the summer season, and is characterized by high stress tolerance, especially to drought and intense sunlight. The maturation period ranges from 63 to 70 days, enabling relatively quick harvests. Saula is not prone to bolting, ensuring stable head formation.
