Lettuce Skyphos

Skyphos — this is an oil-rich head lettuce variety with distinctly bright red leaves that have an excellent glossy sheen. The plant forms large, well-rounded heads with thick, succulent leaves, making it attractive for fresh markets and consumers who value high-quality produce.

This variety is intended for cultivation in open ground throughout the entire season — from spring to autumn. It exhibits slow bolting, which allows for an extended harvest period. Skyphos has high heat tolerance and resistance to lettuce aphids, significantly reducing the risk of damage and yield loss. Additionally, the variety shows resistance to a range of diseases, including Bl: 32EU/Nr: 0 and IR: LMV:1.

The variety is produced in the Netherlands, ensuring high-quality seeds and compliance with modern agricultural standards. Skyphos is ideal for cultivation in open fields and provides a stable, high-quality yield that meets the needs of both farmers and end consumers.
