Lakomka

Sweet corn variety Lakomka is an early-maturing tall variety that reaches a height of 1.7 to 2 meters. The plant forms conical cobs 18-23 cm long and weighing about 250-280 grams, with 18-20 rows of light yellow or yellow-orange kernels. The kernels have a tender skin and are rich in vitamins, carbohydrates, and proteins, providing excellent taste qualities in fresh, boiled, and canned forms.

The Lakomka variety is unpretentious in cultivation and has high yields reaching 60-128 centners per hectare. The maturity period is 80-90 days, allowing for an early harvest. To extend the fresh cob harvesting period, sowing with an interval of 10-15 days is recommended, while performing necessary agrotechnical measures: watering, weeding, loosening, and fertilizing.
