Sweet Corn Lakomka Belogorya

Stable yields of supersweet corn

"Lakomka Belogorya" is a product of focused breeding, aimed at achieving an elite dessert taste. Unlike many early-ripening hybrids, this variety belongs to the SH2 (supersweet) type, which guarantees a high sugar content that does not convert to starch for a long time after harvesting.

Agronomic features

The plant reaches a height of 140–200 cm, balancing vigorous vegetative mass with the convenience of mechanized harvesting. A vegetation period of 80–90 days places it in the mid-season group, allowing for a full harvest even in regions with shorter summers.

• Taste profile: The high sugar content makes this variety a favorite for fresh consumption.
• Versatility: The cobs are perfect for both boiling and industrial processing, such as canning and freezing.
• Marketability: Due to the selection work by "Nauchnoye S" and partners, the cobs possess a premium appearance that is highly attractive to retail chains and local markets.

Who is this choice for?

"Lakomka Belogorya" is an optimal solution for farmers focusing on the fresh corn market. If your goal is to grow a product that flies off the shelves thanks to its sweetness, this variety will become the foundation of your seasonal strategy. Compared to standard sweet corn, the SH2 type requires slightly more attention to soil fertility and moisture management early on, but the high-quality output fully justifies the investment.
