Description Vlada
The winter rye variety «VLADA» is a tetraploid variety created by individual-family selection from the population of Siberian large-grain rye. It is a mid-late variety with a vegetative period of 319 to 350 days. The plants are characterized by a height of 87 to 126 cm, have an erect and loose ear, as well as large grain with a mass of 1000 grains ranging from 33-45 g. The variety is resistant to lodging, which contributes to crop preservation and facilitates harvesting.

«VLADA» has good winter hardiness at the level of 70-90% and drought resistance corresponding to the standard. The yield of the variety in cultivation regions reaches an average of 24.2 c/ha, with maximum indicators up to 58.0 c/ha. However, the variety is susceptible to diseases such as snow mold, septoria, brown rust, and ergot, which requires attention during agrotechnical measures.

The variety is recommended for cultivation in the West Siberian and East Siberian regions, including the Novosibirsk region. Growing rye «VLADA» contributes to increasing the economic efficiency of agricultural production, improving soil quality, and meeting market needs for quality grain and high-protein early green fodder. Thanks to the large grain and stable agronomic characteristics, this variety is an attractive choice for regional farmers.
