ZU Forzetti

The winter wheat hybrid SU Forsetti is a new high-yielding variety characterized by stable and high yields on various soil types and under different climatic conditions. This variety is recommended for planting throughout Ukraine due to its versatility and reliability. SU Forsetti is characterized by high flexibility in planting dates, with optimal planting dates from September 20 to October 10, at a seeding rate of 200-250 seeds per square meter (65-75 kg per hectare). High regenerative capacity and a large number of grains per ear contribute to stable yield formation.

One of the key advantages of this variety is its high resistance to adverse factors: it exhibits good winter hardiness, drought tolerance, lodging resistance, and shattering resistance. Additionally, SU Forsetti demonstrates resistance to diseases such as powdery mildew, root rots, and septoria, significantly reducing the risk of yield loss and improving grain quality. Protein content in the grain is higher than average compared to other hybrids, making this variety attractive for producing high-quality grain.

In terms of technological characteristics, SU Forsetti grain has high amylography viscosity and moderately high gelatinization temperature, positively affecting its processing and utilization. The variety is suitable for both grain and silage crops, expanding its application potential in agriculture. Due to its combination of high productivity, resistance to stress factors, and quality grain characteristics, SU Forsetti is a reliable choice for farmers aiming for stable and efficient production.
