Rice Gichkin's Memory Rice

Breeding Foundation and Agronomic Value

The 'Pamyati Gychkina' rice variety, developed by the Institute of Rice of the NAAS of Ukraine, is a specialized solution for agricultural enterprises focusing on resilience and yield stability. The breeding strategy focused on optimizing the genetic architecture to handle biotic stressors and common rice cultivation challenges effectively.

Technical Specifications

• Biological Potential: The variety exhibits high initial growth vigor, which is critical for successful competition against weeds during the early developmental stages.
• Pest Resistance: The cultivar possesses a specific genetic resistance profile, reducing susceptibility to primary rice pests and allowing for a more sustainable plant protection program.
• Morphological Structure: A balanced stem structure and optimal plant architecture ensure uniform panicle maturation and excellent lodging resistance, minimizing field losses during mechanized harvesting.

Operational Efficiency

Implementing 'Pamyati Gychkina' in the production cycle provides agronomic flexibility, particularly in regions with high climatic variability. The variety's ability to maintain productivity under intense cultivation methods makes it a reliable asset for managers looking to optimize input efficiency. Its architectural design simplifies the harvest process, ensuring that the genetic potential of the grain is preserved from the field to the storage facility.
