Rice Forsazh

The Choice for Sustainable Agriculture

The 'Forsazh' rice variety, developed by the Federal Rice Research Center, fills a specific gap in modern agronomy. Its core strength lies in its natural resilience and compatibility with organic farming standards. In an era where clean labeling is paramount, this variety offers growers a path toward chemical-free yields without sacrificing volume or quality.

Organoleptic Profile

What sets 'Forsazh' apart from industrial standard varieties is its distinct culinary profile. Once cooked, the grain develops a subtle, natural sweetness and a light, refined aroma. These qualities make it an exceptional candidate for the premium health food market, specifically for baby food formulations, where both digestibility and flavor are critical factors.

Operational Advantages

• Pest Resistance: The variety shows strong natural resistance to pests, which is essential for growers looking to reduce their reliance on synthetic pesticides.
• Processing Quality: High grain vitrosity ensures consistent performance during milling, making it a reliable choice for processors.
• Market Positioning: A perfect fit for farmers prioritizing the organic segment and value-added healthy nutrition products.

The success of 'Forsazh' is built on its balance: it is technologically sound for the agronomist and clearly recognizable for the consumer. While it requires strict adherence to seasonal crop management, its durability makes it one of the most reliable assets for businesses operating within the organic and high-quality rice sector. It is a strategic choice for those who want to provide a premium product while maintaining land sustainability.
