Yantarna

Strawberry variety 'Yantar' is the result of selection work by Ukrainian scientists and belongs to late-ripening varieties. Medium-sized bushes with strong, upright flower stems and few hard leaves. Berries acquire an orange-red hue upon ripening, possess high flesh density of soft pink color and pronounced sweetness. This variety is characterized by high yield — approximately 21-22 tons per hectare can be harvested. The strawberry tolerates transportation well, is resistant to diseases such as brown spot, root diseases, and gray mold, and is cold-hardy, requiring abundant watering. Recommended for cultivation in the forest-steppe zone.
