VIMA RINA

Vima Rina is a remontant strawberry variety of Dutch selection, developed by specialists of the Vissers company. This variety is characterized by powerful, well-leafed bushes and high winter hardiness, which allows it to fruit successfully until stable frosts occur. The berries are large, round-conical in shape with a well-defined neck, weighing from 35 to 40 grams, while the first fruits can reach a weight of over 70 grams. The flesh is dense, juicy, and tender, with a rich flavor and a slight acidity, making the berries particularly attractive to consumers.

Fruiting of Vima Rina begins in June and continues until October, ensuring a stable and high yield. The variety is resistant to high temperatures and drought, tolerates heat well and is characterized by high resistance to diseases such as powdery mildew and gray mold. The berries have a red color and a dense structure, which contributes to good transportability and universal use in fresh form and for processing.

For successful cultivation, it is recommended to plant bushes in spring or during the period from August to October, in sunlit areas with any type of soil. The plant is self-pollinating, with a root system adapted to different conditions. The optimal distance between plants is about 30 cm, and the planting depth is 5-7 cm. Vima Rina requires moderate top watering and tolerates light shade well. Thanks to its unpretentiousness and high yield, this variety will be an excellent choice for both amateur and commercial cultivation.
