The fungicide Crosby is a two-component systemic formulation in the form of a suspension emulsion, containing active ingredients propiconazole (187.5 g/L) and thiophanate-methyl (375 g/L). It is intended for the protection of agricultural crops, particularly wheat and barley, against a broad spectrum of diseases, including powdery mildew, septoria, rust, and leaf spot. The product is characterized by high efficiency and rapid onset of action, providing reliable plant protection for 3–4 weeks after application.
Crosby is applied at a rate of 0.15 to 1.0 L/ha, with the optimal recommended dosage for wheat and barley being 0.4–0.5 L/ha. The fungicide is resistant to wash-off by rain, allowing it to maintain its protective effect even under adverse weather conditions. Due to its systemic mode of action, the product provides both preventive and curative activity, helping to reduce crop losses and improve product quality.
The application of Crosby is effective for protecting winter and spring wheat, as well as barley, making it a universal tool in combating fungal diseases. The convenient packaging in 5-liter containers ensures easy use and storage of the product. Thus, Crosby is a reliable and effective solution for protecting cereal crops from major diseases, contributing to increased yields and plant resilience.
