Rapeseed Jostas

Stable Yields in Risk-Prone Agriculture

The winter rapeseed hybrid 'Yustas' from the originator Iksgp Naan is a strategic choice for farmers focused on minimizing wintering risks. The hybrid demonstrates high adaptability to regional soil and climatic conditions, making it a predictable tool for crop rotation.

Practical Application Scenarios

• Optimal Sowing Timing: The hybrid shows excellent germination energy, allowing for the formation of a robust root system before the onset of frost. This is critical for farms located in areas with unstable snow cover.
• Cost Control: Yustas responds well to intensive technology but maintains decent yield performance even with basic fertilizer application. This makes it an optimal solution for agricultural enterprises aiming to reduce costs per hectare without sacrificing seed quality.
• Stress Tolerance: Agronomists prefer this hybrid for fields with a high risk of lodging due to its strong stem. It also handles temporary spring temperature fluctuations effectively.

When planning a sowing campaign, Yustas should be considered a reliable 'insurance' option: it does not require expensive, specialized crop protection products, easily fitting into standard fungicidal and insecticidal treatment protocols. Its uniform ripening simplifies the harvesting process, effectively eliminating losses from seed shattering at the maturity stage.
