CS CALCULATI CL — this is an autumn rapeseed hybrid from the Clearfield® segment, developed by breeders of the company Lidea. It is characterized by high yield and resistance to the herbicide Eurolightning, which allows effective weed control and stable results even at late sowing dates. The hybrid has a medium maturity period and is suitable for cultivation in various climatic zones of Ukraine, including steppe, forest-steppe, and lowland areas.
Plants of this hybrid are characterized by high stature, medium-late flowering, and good resistance to major diseases such as phomopsis and sclerotinia. Due to its tolerance to phomopsis, there is less need for fungicide applications, which allows cost savings on crop protection. Moreover, the hybrid demonstrates high winter hardiness, resistance to lodging, and resistance to pod cracking, which contributes to maintaining yield and quality.
Oil content in seeds reaches 47%, making this hybrid attractive for high-quality oil production. The recommended plant density at harvest is 35–45 thousand per hectare, ensuring optimal land use and maximum productivity.
