Rapeseed Baikal

Consistent Yields with German Breeding Excellence

Choosing the «Baikal» rapeseed hybrid from the German company NPZ Lembke is a strategic move for farmers aiming for risk mitigation. In today’s unpredictable climate, this hybrid demonstrates remarkable plasticity, ensuring stable yields even in fields with varying soil fertility levels.

Field Application and Performance

This is crucial for regions with shorter autumn windows, where developing a strong root system before the first frost is essential. The hybrid thrives under intensive farming management but remains forgiving regarding minor fluctuations in fertilizer application schedules.

• Sowing Strategy: Highly adaptable to mid-season planting, providing flexibility based on local soil moisture conditions.
• Harvest Reliability: NPZ Lembke’s genetics focus heavily on standability and pod-shatter resistance. «Baikal» is one of the most reliable tools for mechanized harvesting, ensuring minimal losses even when the harvest window is delayed.
• Economic Impact: Engineered for a high oil yield per hectare, this hybrid helps reduce post-harvest processing costs due to its uniform maturity and grain quality.

If your goal is a predictable, high-yielding performance across large acreages with a minimal risk of lodging, «Baikal» is a robust component for your crop rotation strategy.
