WINTER ROUND WHITE RADISH

Winter round white radish is an early-maturing variety with neat white round roots, possessing a soft and tender taste without bitterness. The flesh is juicy and dense, making this variety particularly attractive for fresh consumption. One root weighs between 15 to 25 grams, and the yield is stable, ensuring a good harvest per square meter.

This variety is characterized by high resistance to bolting and cracking, which significantly facilitates care and improves crop quality. Radish grows well in both open and protected ground, expanding cultivation possibilities in various climatic conditions. Sowing seeds is recommended from March to May and from August to September, at a planting depth of 1–1.5 cm.

Winter round white radish is rich in fiber and vitamin C, contributing to immune system strengthening and improved gastrointestinal function. Thanks to the short vegetation period of only 20-25 days, this variety is one of the first vegetables to appear on the table in spring.
