Description ERTAPISHAR
ERTAPISHAR is an early-maturing radish variety bred by the Uzbek Research Institute of Vegetable and Melon Crops and Potatoes through individual selection from the Tashkent White variety. This variety is intended for cultivation in both open and protected ground, making it universal for various climatic conditions. The vegetative period from full germination to technical maturity is 25-29 days, which allows for obtaining a harvest in a short time.

The root crops of the ERTAPISHAR variety have an oval shape and white color, their mass is 20-25 grams. The flesh is snow-white, tender, dense and very juicy, a slightly sharp taste makes the radish especially pleasant to eat. Ascorbic acid content reaches 44.4 mg per 100 grams, which contributes to strengthening immunity and improving the overall condition of the body.

One of the important advantages of the variety is its resistance to bolting, which allows growing radish in more northern regions with less favorable climatic conditions. For successful cultivation, regular watering with an interval of 2-3 days and sowing in several terms with an interval of 2-3 weeks is recommended. Timely harvesting of root crops prevents their wilting and preserves high-quality harvest.
