Red beet of the Kolobok F1 variety is a late-maturing hybrid with a maturity period of up to 150 days. This variety is valued by agrarians for its versatility and stable high yield, reaching up to 12 kg per square meter. The root crops have a cylindrical shape, measuring 4-5 cm in length, and are distinguished by their attractive appearance and excellent taste qualities. They retain their marketable appearance for a long time, do not lose elasticity, and do not become limp, which makes them convenient for long-term storage and transportation.
The fruits of the Kolobok variety have a compact structure with a yellowish-white color in cross-section and rich green leaves with a distinctly pronounced waxy coating.
