Dubinushka

Medium-maturing (60-75 days). Root crops cylindrical in shape with thickened pointed base, 30-45 cm long, 5-8 cm in diameter, smooth. Flesh of the root crop is very juicy, tender, snow-white, root crop buried in soil at 1/2 — 1/3 of its length, easily pulled out. Marketable root crop weight 750-2200 g. Flavor good, slightly sweet, refreshing, without sharp taste. Marketable yield in open ground 50-75 t/ha, in protected cultivation — 6.5-9.5 kg/m2. Root crops can be stored until March. Moderately resistant to bacterial soft rot. Recommended for fresh consumption and long-term storage.
