Anniversary

Radish of the 'Anniversary' variety is an early-maturing and high-yield type that ripens within 25-30 days from full germination to harvest. The leaf rosette is semi-erect, and the root is round, red in color with a flat head. The root mass ranges from 18 to 24 grams. The flesh is white, tender, juicy, and has a mild spicy taste, ensuring excellent product flavor quality.

The variety is characterized by resistance to bolting, which contributes to stable and uniform root formation. Thanks to these characteristics, a high yield of marketable product is achieved. Anniversary radish is grown by direct sowing into open ground; sowing is carried out at the end of April – beginning of May at a depth of about 1 cm with inter-row spacing of 5-7 cm and 15 cm between rows. Repeat sowings in mid-July allow for an additional harvest in August-September.

This variety is valued for its rapid maturity, uniform root formation, and high yield, which can reach up to 2.3 kg per square meter. The roots have snow-white, juicy flesh without hollows, making them attractive to consumers. Anniversary radish is suitable for fresh consumption and can be used for various culinary purposes thanks to its tender and mildly spicy taste.
