DONSKAYA SLADKAYA is a mid-season variety of large-fruited pumpkin (Cucurbita maxima Duchesne), characterized by a maturation period from germination to harvest of about 120-125 days. The plant is long-vined with medium vigor, featuring large pentagonal green leaves. The fruits are round-flattened in shape, gray in color without netting or pattern, with a thin leathery rind and a weight ranging from 6.5 to 8.2 kg. The flesh is bright orange, thick, crunchy, and sweet, with low juice content, ensuring excellent taste qualities. The variety is distinguished by high marketable yield—about 17.9 tons per hectare, as well as good transportability and storability of fruits.
