Amati winter squash is an early-maturing hybrid table variety characterized by high yield and excellent taste qualities. The plant is vining with medium-sized green, unlobed leaves adorned with white spotting. The fruits are cylindrical, cream-colored with a segmented structure, weighing from 2.2 to 3.0 kg. The flesh is yellowish-orange, medium thickness, crisp, firm, and juicy, making it particularly attractive for culinary use.

The Amati variety has firm skin and bright coloration, which contributes to good preservation of fruit quality for 190-220 days after harvest. The seed cavity is located at the apex, small, with loose placentas, and the seeds are brown in color, with a mass of 85-115 g per 1000 pieces. Thanks to its resistance to diseases and pests, this variety is suitable for cultivation in various climatic conditions.
