AHMAT

Soft winter wheat of the AHMAT variety is a mid-season semi-dwarf variety with a vegetation period from 219 to 289 days. Plants have an average height of 68 to 89 cm and are characterized by high lodging resistance, which ensures crop preservation. The variety is characterized by high winter hardiness and drought resistance at the level of the Grom standard, which allows for successful cultivation in various climatic conditions, including the Northern and Central zones of Krasnodar Krai, the Azov and Southern zones of Rostov Oblast, Stavropol Krai, the Karachay-Cherkess Republic, the Republic of Adygea, the Chechen Republic, as well as Belgorod and Kursk regions.

The main advantage of the AHMAT variety is the high grain quality, which belongs to valuable milling and baking properties. Grain differs in mass of 1000 pieces from 35 to 46 grams and is not prone to sprouting and shedding during overstay, which significantly increases its commodity attractiveness and the quality of the finished product. Thanks to these characteristics, the variety is widely used for flour production, bakery products, as well as in the food and feed industry, including the production of candies and sweet products.
