ILIADA

The winter soft wheat variety «ILIADA» is a mid-season and medium-height type with increased resistance to lodging. The vegetative period ranges from 219 to 286 days, making it a mid-late variety that matures a few days later than standard analogues. This variety is characterized by high frost resistance and drought resistance at the level of the best standards, ensuring stable development and yield even in complex climatic conditions. The weight of 1000 grains varies from 37 to 48 grams, indicating large grain size and high product quality.

«ILIADA» possesses excellent baking and milling qualities, making it ideal for producing high-quality bakery products. The variety is characterized by strong wheat with increased protein content and other beneficial properties, which positively affects the final product. An optimal seeding rate of 4-5 million viable seeds per hectare is recommended, taking into account zonal sowing dates, which helps achieve maximum yield.

The variety demonstrates high resistance to major diseases, such as yellow rust, powdery mildew, and septoria, as well as viral infections. At the same time, it is moderately susceptible to brown rust and susceptible to Fusarium head blight and flag smut, which requires attention during agronomic activities. «ILIADA» is recommended for cultivation in the North Caucasus region, including Krasnodar Krai and Southern zones of Rostov Oblast, where it shows high productivity and yield stability.
