The vegetative period ranges from 288 to 326 days, allowing it to successfully adapt to various climatic conditions. The variety exhibits enhanced winter hardiness and resistance to lodging, ensuring crop stability. The mass of 1000 grains varies from 36 to 44 grams, and yield in recommended regions reaches 28.5 centners/ha, indicating high crop productivity. In terms of morphological characteristics, ALTERNATIVA has a semi-upright bush with a strong stem of medium thickness. The ear is spindle-shaped, of medium length, straw-yellow in color, with red grains and awns on the lower florets. The grain is large, with a bulk density of 760-780 g/l, indicating high raw material quality. The variety belongs to valuable wheat with good baking qualities, rated as a good filler, and an overall score of 4.4 points. It is resistant to a complex of diseases, reducing crop loss risks and increasing reliability. ALTERNATIVA is recommended for cultivation in the Central Volga region, including Samara and Ulyanovsk regions, as well as under conditions of the Polesie and Forest-steppe with optimal sowing dates in September. The sowing rate is 5.0-5.5 million viable grains per hectare.
