MOSTOVSKY

The Mostovsky potato is an early-maturing table variety developed at the Ural Agricultural Research Institute. The plant is low-growing and spreading, with white flowers. Tubers are oval-round, with white skin and white flesh, averaging 123 to 146 grams in weight. Starch content in the tubers ranges from 10-11%, ensuring good taste.

The variety is characterized by high yield and marketability, ranging from 80 to 96%. The tubers have high storability, reaching 96%, allowing them to retain quality for a long time after harvest. Due to these characteristics, Mostovsky is suitable for long-term storage and use in various culinary applications.

The Mostovsky potato is resistant to potato scab but susceptible to late blight and viral diseases, requiring careful attention and preventive measures during cultivation. It is recommended for use in dining establishments, thanks to its good taste and quality indicators.
