The potato variety Krasnoyarsky Ranniy is an early-maturing table variety of Russian selection, characterized by high yield and excellent taste qualities. The tubers have yellow skin and light-yellow flesh that does not darken when cut, making this variety particularly attractive for culinary use. The weight of marketable tubers ranges from 95 to 140 grams, and the starch content is 13-16%, allowing the potato to be used for frying, baking, and boiling. Yield reaches 30-47 tons per hectare, 10-12 tons with early harvest, and tuber marketability is 88-96%.

The variety exhibits moderate susceptibility to viral diseases, alternaria, late blight, and rhizoctonia, while foliage is susceptible to phytophthora, and tubers have moderate resistance to this disease. Krasnoyarsky Ranniy potato is relatively heat- and drought-tolerant, making it valuable for cultivation under various climatic conditions. The maturity period is 65-75 days, allowing for an early harvest and even the possibility of two harvests per season in southern regions.

Growing this variety requires standard agronomic practices, including pre-sprouting tubers at a temperature of 10-15 °C, timely watering, fertilization, and protection against pests and diseases. Early potatoes with thin skin are ready for harvest within 7-8 weeks after planting, but for long-term storage, it is recommended to wait until a firm skin forms by the 10th week of vegetation. Due to its characteristics and qualities, Krasnoyarsky Ranniy potato is in high demand among gardeners and farmers, as well as in retail networks.
