Kamensky potato — an early-maturing table variety, characterized by high yield and excellent taste qualities. The plant has a semi-erect bush with dark green, large leaves featuring strong serrated edges and intense anthocyanic petal coloring. Tubers are elongated-oval in shape with a rough red skin and small eyes, light-yellow flesh that does not darken during cleaning or thermal processing. Average tuber mass ranges from 96 to 130 grams, ensuring high marketability — 85 to 94%.

The variety shows high resistance to several diseases, including potato cancer, wrinkled and striped mosaic, as well as Colorado potato beetle. However, Kamensky has moderate resistance to phytophthora and is susceptible to golden potato cyst nematode. Due to its adaptability to various soil types and recommended light irrigation with fertilization, the variety demonstrates stable yields, reaching a maximum of 252 centners per hectare.

Kamensky potato exhibits good storability — up to 97% — allowing tubers to be stored for extended periods at temperatures not exceeding +3 degrees. Its early maturity and high yield make it attractive for cultivation in various regions. The taste qualities of the potato are highly appreciated, and in combination with resistance to pests and diseases, it ensures a reliable and high-quality harvest.
