Potato INTELLIGENT

Optimized for Commercial Potato Production

The «Intelligent» variety is a professional-grade selection by the Lorkh Potato Research Center, specifically bred to meet the high standards of modern retail. For producers, the primary value lies in the tuber quality: uniform size, smooth skin, and shallow eyes significantly reduce processing costs during washing, grading, and automated packaging.

Operational Advantages in the Field

In large-scale farming, this variety is noted for its high resistance to mechanical damage during mechanical harvesting. The tuber’s skin structure ensures minimal bruising, which is a decisive factor for maintaining a high sellable yield after long-term storage.

• Market Focus: The best choice for farms aiming for premium supermarket displays where visual consistency directly impacts price points.
• Agronomic Performance: Highly adaptable across different soil types. Consistent irrigation practices will unlock the full potential of the harvest, ensuring a high percentage of large, uniform tubers.
• Culinary Versatility: The variety maintains its shape well during cooking and exhibits excellent culinary characteristics, making it highly desirable for both home kitchens and the HoReCa sector.

For operations looking to minimize culls and maximize the volume of marketable potatoes, the «Intelligent» variety provides a balanced, reliable, and commercially profitable solution.
