PARISIAN — this is a medium-late hybrid pepper, intended for cultivation in plastic and glass-covered greenhouses. Plants are compact, medium-height, reaching up to 80 cm in height. The period from germination to fruiting is 130-135 days. To obtain a high-quality yield, it is recommended to sow seedlings in late February, transplanting them at the cotyledon stage, and subsequently planting them in the ground by the end of May. During cultivation, it is essential to prune plants, removing all lateral branches and leaves up to the first fork, which promotes better fruit development and increases yield. The fruits of the PARISIAN pepper hybrid have a cube-like shape and large size — the weight of one fruit is 120-130 grams. They are thick-walled, with wall thickness of 6-8 mm, ensuring juicy and tender flesh. In technical ripeness, the fruits are dark green, and in biological ripeness, they turn red. This coloration and structure make this hybrid versatile for various uses, including fresh market and processing. The planting scheme for this hybrid is 40x60 cm, allowing optimal use of greenhouse space and ensuring high yield — one plant can produce 1.7 to 2.0 kg of fruit.
