Description IVOLGA
The 'Ivolga' pepper variety is an early-maturing and high-yielding variety suitable for cultivation both in greenhouses and in open ground. Plants are semi-spreading, reaching a height of 50–60 cm, which ensures ease of care and harvesting. The variety is resistant to diseases and pests, making it a reliable choice for various climatic conditions, including northern regions.

The fruits of the 'Ivolga' pepper have a conical shape and weigh about 120 grams. In technical maturity, they are yellow, and upon full ripening, they turn to a rich red hue. Unlike many other varieties, 'Ivolga' does not have bitterness but instead contains a high sugar content, giving the fruits a pleasant sweet taste. The flesh of the fruits is juicy and succulent, making them versatile for fresh consumption and culinary processing.

For successful cultivation, seeds are sown in seedbeds in February–March at a depth of 3–4 cm. Seedlings are transplanted to their permanent location after the threat of frost has passed, usually 60–65 days after sowing. Transplanting is recommended on cloudy days or in the evening to minimize stress on the plants. To achieve a bountiful harvest, it is necessary to ensure consistent and adequate watering, avoiding soil drying out. On a plot of 10 m², plant 15 to 35 plants depending on the size of the seedlings.
