Donut

Donut — an early-maturing pepper hybrid, intended for cultivation in open ground and under plastic coverings. The ripening period is 110-115 days. The plant is spreading, reaching a height of 60-80 cm, which ensures ease of care and harvesting. The fruits have a characteristic drooping shape, round-oval, resembling tomato, with moderate ribbing and strong gloss.

In technical maturity, the fruits are dark green, and in biological maturity — deep dark red. The weight of one fruit is 200-250 grams, with wall thickness ranging from 8 to 10 mm. The pepper has an exceptionally pleasant taste and a distinctly spicy aroma, making it especially attractive to consumers.

The hybrid is characterized by high yield — up to 5 kg per square meter. It is resistant to major diseases and sets fruit well even under temperature fluctuations, enhancing cultivation reliability. Donut is recommended for fresh consumption, as well as for canning and especially for stuffing, thanks to its dense structure and excellent flavor qualities.
