Description KAMARILLO
Carrot variety Kamarillo is a mid-season hybrid of the Canada type with a vegetative period of 115 to 135 days, depending on sowing dates. This variety is distinguished by stable yields and a powerful leaf apparatus, ensuring high resistance to leaf diseases, especially in hot and dry conditions. Seeds have a fraction of 2.0-2.2 mm and are supplied by a reliable manufacturer, guaranteeing the quality of the sowing material.

Kamarillo roots have a semi-conical shape with a rounded tip, measuring 18 to 23 cm in length and 4-5 cm in diameter. They are smooth, with a bright orange pulp and core, juicy and sweet in taste. The weight of one root varies from 120 to 300 grams. Thanks to the absence of anthocyanin coloring and greening of the "shoulders", fruits retain an attractive appearance. The variety is resistant to cracking and bolting, which improves quality and marketability of the crop.

Kamarillo is adapted for growing on relatively heavy soils and is suitable for both storage and processing. The recommended sowing rate is 0.8-1.0 million seeds per hectare. This hybrid combines excellent taste qualities, high resistance to adverse conditions and ease in agronomy, making it an attractive choice for farmers and gardeners.
