SNOW TIGER

The Snow Tiger pepper variety is a new white variety intended for cultivation both in greenhouses and open ground. The plant is medium-height, reaching up to 170 cm, with a medium-leafy and semi-spreading structure. The fruits of this variety have a slightly elongated cube-shaped form, weighing from 220 to 250 grams, with a glossy surface and thick, strong walls of 6-7 mm thickness. As they ripen, the fruits change color from cream, yellowish-white to a rich red, giving them an attractive appearance. Snow Tiger stands out for its excellent flavor: the fruits are juicy, aromatic, and sweet. Due to its characteristics, this pepper is widely used fresh, as well as excellent for stuffing, canning, and freezing. The variety is characterized by stable yield and good resistance to diseases, making it attractive for gardeners and farmers. The cultivation technology includes sowing seeds in seedlings in March with a planting depth of up to 1 cm, transplanting in the phase of 1-2 true leaves, and transplanting seedlings into open ground in May. After transplanting, it is recommended to remove all side shoots and leaves up to the first fork, as well as tie the plants to a support to ensure optimal growth and fruit formation. This approach allows obtaining a high-quality harvest within 105-110 days after germination.
