Sweet pepper Solomon (Pictor) F1 is an early-maturing hybrid intended for cultivation in protected environments, including modern plastic greenhouses. The plant is tall, compact, and vigorous, with a well-developed leaf canopy that effectively protects the fruits from sunburn. The hybrid demonstrates high fruit set even at elevated temperatures, ensuring a stable yield during spring-summer and summer-autumn periods. The recommended planting rate is 45-50 thousand plants per hectare, with a yield of approximately 27 kg per square meter.

The fruits of the Solomon pepper have a cuboid block shape with four chambers, measuring approximately 9-10 cm in length and 8.5 cm in diameter, weighing between 200 to 250 grams. The wall thickness is 6-7 mm, providing high elasticity and absence of micro-cracks due to the fruit’s high turgor. In technical maturity, the fruits are dark green, while in biological maturity, they are deep red. Both stages retain distinct flavor and market appearance, making them suitable for fresh consumption, thermal processing, canning, and freezing.
