FANTASY F1

Fantasy F1 is an early, high-yielding hybrid variety intended for cultivation in open ground. This variety features a rapid maturation period: when grown from seedlings, fruits are ready for harvest within 27-30 days, and when sown directly into the soil, they mature 40-45 days after emergence. The plant is insect-pollinated, which promotes good pollination and fruit set.

The fruits of Fantasy cucumber have a cornichon type, cylindrical shape, and green color. They are small, up to 14 cm long and weighing 80-90 g, with a length-to-diameter ratio of about 3:1. The fruit surface rarely features large bumps with thick spines. The flesh is firm, crisp, and juicy, and genetically free of bitterness, which remains even under irregular watering and after salting. This makes the variety suitable for fresh consumption, as well as for pickling and salting.
