RUSSIAN SOUVENIR

Russian Souvenir — an early-maturing variety of Bulgarian pepper, intended for cultivation in open ground, plastic tunnels, and greenhouses. From full seedlings to the first harvest, it takes 105–115 days. The plants are semi-determinate, reaching a height of about 100–110 cm, and simultaneously form 12–14 fruits. The fruits have a regular conical shape, smooth surface, and strong gloss, with a weight of 160–200 g and wall thickness ranging from 6 to 9 mm.

Peppers of the Russian Souvenir variety have excellent flavor — they are sweet, juicy, and aromatic. In biological ripeness, the fruits turn red, making them attractive for fresh consumption. Due to their flavor and juiciness, they are ideal for home cooking, canning, and various processing methods.
