The plant is low-growing, robust, and well-leafed, reaching a height of 50-60 cm. The inflorescences are simple, containing 3 to 5 fruits. The fruits have a round or flat-round shape, bright red color, weighing from 100 to 180 grams, distinguished by their uniform shape and tough skin. Ripening occurs 98-115 days after emergence, allowing for mid-season harvest. 'Persey' possesses excellent taste qualities: the fruits are juicy and sweet, making them ideal for fresh consumption. Moreover, the variety exhibits good transportability, enabling long-distance transportation without loss of quality. Due to its versatility, the tomatoes are suitable for canning and processing. The variety is resistant to several diseases, including tobacco mosaic virus, alternaria, anthracnose, and fusarium, and also exhibits heat tolerance, enhancing its reliability in various climatic conditions. Tomato 'Persey' can be grown both as seedlings and without seedlings. The recommended seed planting depth is 1-2 cm, and the seedling planting scheme is 70x40 cm. The yield reaches 6-8 kg per square meter, making it attractive for commercial production both in open fields and in plastic greenhouses. The compactness of the bush and high productivity make 'Persey' a convenient and profitable choice for vegetable growers.
