Pepper Lucky

The 'Lucky' pepper variety is an ultra-early type, distinguished by its rapid maturity and high yield. This variety adapts well to both warm regions and areas with short summers, making it versatile for various climatic conditions. Pepper seedlings are recommended to be grown in small pots from the beginning to avoid damaging the fragile root system during transplanting. When planting in open ground, pepper seedlings should be transplanted with their soil ball to promote better establishment and growth. The 'Lucky' pepper features a medium-height bush with good leafiness and vigorous growth. The fruits are conical, with a smooth surface and pointed tip, reaching a length of 9–11 cm and weight of 95–140 grams. In the technical ripening stage, the fruits are light-colored, while at biological maturity, they turn bright red. The fruit wall thickness is 5–6 mm, with dense, uniform, moderately juicy flesh, pleasant taste, and aroma. Due to their density and quality, the fruits withstand transportation and long-term storage without loss of commercial or flavor qualities. The 'Lucky' variety is resistant to major diseases such as wilting, alternaria, viral infections, and blossom end rot, significantly simplifying care and enhancing yield stability. For maximum productivity, regular watering and feeding of plants are recommended. This pepper is versatile in use: it is excellent for fresh consumption, culinary processing, canning, and freezing. Thanks to its flavor and nutritional properties, the 'Lucky' variety will be an excellent choice for gardeners and vegetable lovers.
