Pepper Linda

In technical ripeness, they are green, while in biological ripeness, they turn bright red or dark red. Fruits are located under the foliage, protecting them from sunburn. They are large, juicy, and sweet, making them an excellent choice for fresh consumption, stuffing, freezing, and making relish.
