Description Latino
Latino F1 pepper is an early, large-fruited hybrid intended for cultivation in glass and plastic greenhouses. The period from germination to technical maturity is 110–115 days, and to biological maturity — 125–135 days. The plant is vigorous; when formed into 2–3 stems, it reaches a height of 1.5–2 meters, ensuring good development and abundant fruiting. The recommended planting density is 2.5–3 plants per square meter with row spacing of 70x50 cm.

Fruits of the Latino pepper are large — 220–250 grams, with a cube or cone shape measuring approximately 12x12 cm. In technical maturity, they are dark green, and in biological maturity, they turn bright red and glossy. Fruit wall thickness is 9–10 mm, giving them density and good marketability. The pepper has excellent flavor, high fruit set, and early, consistent yield. The hybrid tolerates high temperatures and temperature stress, making it resilient to adverse climatic conditions.

Latino F1 has high resistance to tobacco mosaic virus (TMV 0–2) and tomato spotted wilt virus (TSWV), significantly reducing disease risks and yield losses. Fruits are well-suited for transportation, making them suitable for both fresh consumption and market sales. Yield reaches 9–14 kg per square meter, making it a profitable choice for commercial cultivation.
