Description GOLDEN BELL PEPPERS
Golden Bell Peppers — a mid-season sweet pepper variety with small, cube-shaped fruits weighing 25 to 45 grams. The fruits have moderate ribbing and walls of 4-5 mm thickness. Immature fruits are green, turning bright yellow upon full ripening. These peppers are known for their excellent flavor, juiciness, and crisp texture, making them ideal for whole-fruit canning and preparing light snacks.

Plants of this variety are medium-height and bushy, reaching 30 to 40 cm in height. They are suitable for cultivation in both plastic greenhouses and open ground, especially in southern regions. Seed sowing is recommended in early March, with planting depth up to 1 cm, transplanting at the cotyledon stage, and outdoor planting in late May. To shape the plant, remove all lateral branches and leaves up to the first fork, and the planting scheme should be 30x40 cm.

It is important to note that sweet and hot pepper varieties should not be planted near each other to avoid cross-pollination, which may result in bitter-tasting sweet fruits. This variety is also suitable for industrial year-round cultivation using light culture in protected ground, expanding its application and increasing yield.
