ELLOU ZUPPA is an early-maturing hybrid of yellow mini pepper, intended for cultivation in glasshouses. The plant is of medium height, umbellate type, with dark green, slightly wrinkled leaves. The fruits are conical, semi-ribbed, glossy, with weak ribbing. In technical ripeness they are dark green, and in biological ripeness they turn bright yellow, giving them an attractive appearance.
The fruits of ELLOU ZUPPA are uniform in shape and size, weighing from 19 to 38 grams, with a length of 6-8.5 cm and a base diameter of 3-4 cm. The wall thickness is 3-4 mm, ensuring juiciness and crisp texture. The fruit contains a small number of seeds, and the number of chambers is two. The flavor qualities are high — the fruits are very sweet, with sugar content on the Brix scale from 7 to 9, making them especially attractive to consumers.
This hybrid is characterized by high commercial yield in protected soil, reaching 5.4-6.3 kg per square meter. Its strong growth and stable fruiting make ELLOU ZUPPA suitable for commercial cultivation.
